The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote upon proposed amendments to the Association bylaws. A summary of the proposed changes is attached as well as a copy of the proposed bylaws. A complete copy of the existing bylaws as well as the proposed bylaws are available at http://www.abcwmc.org/bylaws.html

The Board of Directors has fixed May 8, 2017 as the day for the determination of the members entitled to notice of and to vote at this special meeting. Only members of record at the close of business on such date shall be entitled to notice of and vote at such meeting or at any adjournment thereof.

Should you not be able to attend, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that you send in this proxy form indicating either an individual who will be able to attend the meeting and vote in your place, or indicating that the ABC Board Chair may vote on your behalf. There will be a vote taken regarding the proposed amendments to the bylaws at this meeting. Please send in your proxy no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5, 2017, to nbrady@abcwmc.org
